At TikTok, we strive to be transparent and accountable to our users and you, our clients. As part of our effort to continuously improve our safety efforts, we started Transparency Forum - an event series where we discuss updates and tangible progress in making TikTok the safest place for creative self-expression.
Each quarter, we'll tackle important and topical Trust and Safety issues with experts from TikTok and voices from the wider industry.
This event will focus on our efforts to protect our younger users.
In conversation with child safety NGO, Ditch The Label, we will discuss how policies & product features are created to strike an appropriate balance between providing a safe platform, and allowing our younger users autonomy to start their digital journey.
Joined by Parent Zone, TikTok Creator, IamMisterMba and TikTok experts, this session will discuss the support platforms can provide younger users, their parents, and the work TikTok is doing on topics such as community wellbeing and moderation.
A session with Omnicom to answer questions with TikTok minor safety experts.
